In a nutshell:
Mad scientist monster capers.
Plot Synopsis (may include spoilers):
A scientist rescues a stripper who is horribly disfigured in a car accident. He temporarily cures her with a serum made from human adrenal glands. As the effects of the serum are only temporary, he has to obtain fresh human adrenal glands. He uses a second different serum to turn himself into a monster, so he can get on with his killing spree.
